So far the most impressive teams have been:

I have a sneaking regard for Uruguay and hope they go on and do well, despite Sewerez. QF berth minimum, I reckon. I cant see Russia defeating a top class team in the Rnd of 16. Croatia look frightening at times but I think the word will be out by the KO phase about their rough stuff and they'll get exploited over it. Spain look ominous in getting results, but maybe too reliant on Costa. Portugal have their eye in and will be tough to dislodge. Belgium can score a lot of goals (and have players off the bench in good form too), but the defence will need to prove itself.

I dont think so. They have a lot of players who are at their peak and know they need to take this chance. It's a winnable WC for about 6 teams atm. France for me will be the ones left standing at the end.
