I’d actually like this, think we need to find a way for James to literally go wherever he wants, especially with Coleman not providing the overlap for him at the moment

Heavily dependant on who is available. If Kenny is available he slots right in at RB with Nkounkou at LB. If not then we need to go 3 CBS rather than play someone out of position at right back and play Nkounkou left wing back and either Davies or Gomes at right wing back (can't think who else could play there) and James moves inside. I know that's still paying someone at RWB out of position but at least you get the insurance of an extra central defender

Just because Sigi had a stinker, it doesn't mean Gomes suddenly becomes good. They are both terrible, below average players who Doucoure and Allan have to mop up after.
