Turkey Bhuna with basmati.
Nice one mate, we used to get a big turkey and I'd make a big curry and freeze it, this year we got a small breast piece already prepared and a beef joint.
I've been living off bubble and squeak and turkey and cranberry butties the last 3 days, don't get me wrong I've been in food heaven but tonight it's a takeaway at the wife's request probably Indian and I'm looking forward to it.

You really have to get creative with the left over Turkey or you will get a sickener of it and never eat it again.

White bean cassoulet with cod tonight for a complete change :D

I was thinking of pickling some eggs that didn't get scoffed over Christmas. Thing is they are all doing the standing up in water thing (not floating). Begs the question, botulism or bin? :dodgy:

Bin them. There is nothing I dislike more than wasting food but getting sick is not worth it. I actually had to place in the trash a pound of clams yesterday because some of them were opened and didn't want to get my mom sick on her birthday. But it hurt throwing them away.
