You haven't tried it yet, heatmeiser? Didn't get to Kloster Andechs yet, although I did get some of their dark beer sent back with someone who went. In the meantime I discovered a new version of the meat as well - "Schweineschäufele", which is kind of the same as the knuckle of pork with crackling, but using a pork shoulder with the bone kept in.
