Your advice to the next manager of Everton

- Don't look down on the club, and NEVER make it obvious you wish you were somewhere else.
- If a player is performing well, do not sub him unless he's injured or on the brink of getting a red.
- Buy a striker.
- Sell Williams, bench Rooney and play Sigurdsson in the middle.
- Don't overindulge Barkley, but don't treat him like dirt either, and don't throw players under the bus in public.
- Engage with EITC.
- Put Kevin Mirallas on the naughty step.

It's really all situational: for certain managers, remind them that they aren't unsworthy to lead this club in the short or long term. Likewise, don't get a big head think the club is unsworthy of you.

Don't be a dyche-bag, no one likes that sort.

There will be issues you'll have to tuchel with a hands-on approach. Don't be afraid of these, the Goodison faithful respect a hard-working manager just as much as a hard-working player.

And although the task may seem large, don't discount the club providing the ancellotti support structures needed for success. This is Farhad's Everton now, and moyes is expected of the club-top to bottom-than has been for a long time.

So don't be afraid to come in and impose your style. It's ok to roll allardyce at once. You just need to show howe you're going to succeed and the stands and training room both will buy in.

The stands will support you if you're earnest--don't doubt that fonseca--but know that we desire silva ware and will remind you of this ambition.

Don't leave it until the 65th minute to make changes when we're behind and struggling
Don't have any favourite players who play every week regardless of form.
Avoid the following words/phrases in interviews - "Phenomenal", "Intensity", "Agression", "But OK, that's football"
Don't ever pack the midfield with No.10s. Ever.
Never refer to the club as "Everton". The correct terms are "us" and "we".
Just say no to murals. Always.
Brown shoes are best avoided. As is dancing publicly at pop concerts.
Social media is best avoided.
Win games.

- If we get defeated, don't go to a swanky restaurant after the match with Man City's manager. It's not a good look.
- Neither is spending the transfer window playing golf.
Yes....if it means we are winning.
As long as he doesn't make the team all hold hands if we draw. Nobody needs to see that.

Buy some of these..
