I just find the "he's 6'5" argument a little weird. I mean sure, it's tall, but there really isn't much between him and Zouma/Keane. A couple of inches won't stop leaving no men on the post or attackers being left in space at set pieces. Just might help on offensive set plays.

Dave will argue the contrary position to the majority just about every time. I have no idea what he really believes and sometimes I wonder if he does but he argues his case to the bitter end and is always respectful to those who are arguing against him and doesn't engage in name calling or insults... there are worse than Dave around.

Got a feeling he is going to be a good player for us this lad when he eventually gets fit. No sense in taking any risks and trying to rush him in now, would rather he comes in when he is fully fit and ready and raring to go. Has been a bit frustrating waiting to see him play but have a feeling it might be worth the wait.
