Yeah, sounds like flapping doesn;t it? Our CB problem from the summer wrecked by two signings either not up to it or not up to playing.

I must remember not to flap.

Zouma has been alrite to be fair, in regards to mina yes he hasn't played but I don't know how many different ways people can put this, he has been injured whilst here, he's not signed with a long term injury in which case you would be correct

how can brands sign him and think I reckon he'll break his foot in a few months SWERVE

sh1t happens lad, out of anyones control

So he left it late to get players in because of the WC. Good job no other club had that to deal with.

Anyway: Mina. What a ridiculous signing. Minimum 3 months of the season out. Just about THE most position to address and he brings in a crock and a grock.

he left it late to try and get the best deal possible.

There is more than just one centre back at the club and more than just one that plays each week - to blame the recruitment for Jagielka's injury, Keane's injury, Holgate playing woefully (although that likely won't change!) and Zouma coming up to speed is every level of stupidity.

With a heavy heart I can confirm that The Esk is indeed at it again.
the esk is spot on: the club is being run on an ad hoc basis with no clearly first rate people at the helm.

We're seeing terrible decisions on the stadium being compounded by poor on-field decision making. The character and well being of players should be well scouted out before signing them. We are not a club who can afford to do otherwise.

Feels like spot on to me: Zouma = tolerated only because we thought Mina was due to play; Mina = looking like a long term casualty before he even kicks a ball.

Nope, you are wrong why the deals took so long. Was not the WC.

Maybe, just maybe do some reading and find out what was actually said, before deciding you want to fume.

I think some people have got so caught up in the whole buyback clause thing that they've got this pegged as a 2 year loan deal with no possibility of him being here longer. This can then just be lumped in as another reason why it was a bad deal.

If he's out, he's out. We will see him at some point. I personally don't see him as this big defensive saviour anyway.

He better had be to be honest. Not solve all our problems obviously, but if he's not a huge improvement on what we have currently, I will be seriously questioning the wisdom of spending £30m on him.
