It's about trusting your eyes rather than the stats. Yeah, he gets assists, but they come from him coming to life for two minutes a game and being anonymous the rest, meaning that the entire side is effectively a man down for 89 minutes a game - and that's if you're lucky.

It's the exact same thing with Lukaku. We need the summer desperately so we can restructure the entire team, and for me that means getting rid of Lukaku and bringing in a forward who is more mobile and can defend from the front, so the entire team can strategise for a game instead of hitting and hoping Lukaku and Bolasie can do something with a long ball or whatever.

There's no balance in this squad right now, and that comes from having no consistency whatsoever in the final third.

It may well come to that moving on Lukaku if we can get the right price.

I share your anger over this game, okay Chelsea do have overall a better quality team but did we have to be so abject. Did not think much of the team selection though.

It may well come to that moving on Lukaku if we can get the right price.

I'm not even getting on his back by suggesting it either; it's just increasingly obvious that we have no game plan whenever he plays other than boot it up there and hope for the best, because he can't bring other people into the game by making the ball stick. It's not who he is.

So it's best for all parties if we sell and actually recruit with a plan in mind as to what we want to do. Yes, he scores goals - brilliant at that - but if all that means is that we are vulnerable every game to being counter attacked because of his poor hold up play and distribution then overall he's a liability rather than an asset.

The same is true of the wingers - we spent £25m+ on Bolasie to bring in the exact same hit-and-miss wide player we are already stocked full on.

We either get rid of Lukaku, or bring in players around him (particularly in attacking midfield) who can work with the guy - as it is, it's already clear he's gone in the summer, so we need to start looking at Plan B now and bringing in a striker who makes the players around him work.

If he wants an English speaking winger whose tall and built like a machine then he should have signed Oliver Burke.

He's so 'hit and miss' its amazing. Puts in dreadful crosses at random then one eventually comes off. The rest of the time i think he looks dreadful...also id be keen to see how much of the ball hes given as it seems were always aiming for him.

When he's good he's absolutely fantastic. Pity that's one in every five or six games, at best. What a gigantic waste of money, said it before he even joined us that he'd be a disaster. Not even worth half of what we paid.
