Bolasie for PL clubs 15 goals in 176 games
DCL for Everton 15 goals in 77 games -most of them as sub

So yes he could do worse, he has done for his entire career.
 
We don't have a proper number 9 to lead the line, we are not buying one very soon so there are stranger things to suggest than trying a failing winger as the frontman. Maybe with more room to play in around the centre they might improve, maybe not. We are going nowhere persevering with the likes of DCL and Tosun.

DCL has 99 games to score 0 goals and he will have the same record. Bolasie has scored 0 goals in 0 games as a centre forward.

In all seriousness I think DCL is better too, but are you happy with how he's performed this season? No doubt he has a bright future at Everton, but what's happening now is not working and we have to try what we can. This is one of many possibilities.
 

Wouldn't be surprised if he went to Anderlecht for a nominal loan fee, with us still paying his wages.

Would suit them more than us.

The true impact of that horrendous run of signings will hinder us for several years to come.
