Awful move - anderlcht cant afford his wages nor his transfer fee come the seasons end. Poor by Brands so far shifting the deadwood just sell at a big loss and atleast bring something in.

....sounds easy, but Brands isn’t a used car salesman. Bolasie’s got 2.5 years left on his contract @ £80k per week. I doubt there’s a club in the world prepared to pay anywhere near that so Bolasie won’t go.

Oh well it will be somewhat amusing. If it doesn't fall through. Won't be long though before they realize that he isn't particularly good at actual football and gets booed with vigour when he decides to dribble the ball out of play for no reason.

Would be interesting if he could could possibly get an appearance in the game at Standard this weekend. RSCA will probably get slaughtered, Standard has been playing well ever since beating Sevilla in the Europa League. Never a straightforward game, lots of animosity. Has increased since Witsel broke Wasilewski's leg. Add to that the RSCA GK decided that it was a good idea to call Standard fans baraki (basically chavs with no manners/education and very aggressive behaviour) this week and it will again be a pleasant experience.

Some previous encounters: The head of Defour, former Standard player, and then playing for RSCA (he got a red card because he let the crowd get to him).

Or last time; the schwalbe of the Standard trainer (he got splashed with beer):

its
Aye. Something tells me he much prefers to sit on his arse listening to grime music than actually working to earn his millions. He must be gutted we are actively trying to get rid of him, completely ruined his dastardly plan of returning from Villa and being ostracised from the rest of the squad.
its DONE
Gone to Anderlecht on loan

Well even if they are contributing 10% of his wages there's 28k a month saved to run the leccy bill at FF

What a fall from grace for him though

2pm Monday told Villa he was coming back to Everton to fight for a place in the team
2.01pm Marco tells him he ain't getting a sniff of a chance back at Everton
2.03pm calls Tony Pulis who hangs up on him
2.04pm calls Roy Hodgson
2.34pm puts the phone down on Roy after listening about his varooka problem for half an hour
2.36pm calls his agent - no answer
Until 4.50pm on deadline day where his agent says he's got him a loan with a Champions League club but hasn't got time to tell him and to just get on a plane and head to Belgium ( where no doubt Bolasie thinks it's a stop off before landing in Germany to sign for Dortmund )

....you have to think he walked out on Villa because he became aware of interest from a Premier League club.
