Not a £15m Maupay I meant. Brighton had our pants down with that one, considering he cost them about £1.5m at the time. Another bit of cracking business.
They bought him for 15, sold to us for 12.

They’ve obviously done very well at player trading, but they’re not infallible. 33 million for this guy, unless there’s another part to the deal, is rich.

According to Sky they paid £1.6m for him back when they were in the Championship.

Not infallible but there are not many clubs out there who have done better recruiting and selling than Brighton the last few years. If they think their new signing is worth £33m they'll probably be more right than wrong.

That’s Brentford. We’re talking about when Brighton bought him from Brentford.
