Because Yakubu is then being rewarded for spitting his dummy out and doing the job he was originally paid for anyway....he is then out highest paid player and other players such as jags, cahill, arteta (At the time), baines are thinking wait he is getting paid more then me and i show a much better attitude...they all want pay rises and then that extra money from finishing two places higher doesnt even cover the wages...thats why.

A 25k per week pay rise is £1.3million. So if all 11 players in the first team were to get the same pay rise we'd need to climb 16 places in the league... (when there's only another 8 to climb ).

He has to have taken one of the worst pens ever last night. Not sure it was going to cross the line, let alone hit the back of the net.
Does he dislike Moyes so much that he wanted to help the RS with some points??!!
 

I guess my point is that he could have done us a big favour last night and didn't despite scoring 2.

Good point Stinger, when Berba did that aginst us we didn't mind!
He has hardlly played since, lesson there.....

What else could he have done???? He scored 2 goals, there are 9 other outfield players playing for Blackburn but because Yakubu missed one pen there is something fishy???

The pen was poor, end of. He waited for Jones to move when he was running up to take it, Jones didn't and Yakubu didn't know where to put it, its one of those things
