I'm a few hundred in so far. It's a very good read and certainly underlines how fortunate we are that Hitler was a bit of a knob.

The Resistance were incredibly brave but the vast majority were with the Vichy and were only concerned with their own interests, even helping assist in the rooting out and inhumane transport of the Jewish to concentration camps.

with me its the Swiss...as they squirrelled away all the looted nazi gold that was ripped from the teeth of dead jews..infact their whole financial economy is based on this....
