I see I'm in a minority so far like.... So ok then to people who voted Martinez out how exactly do they want this?
Errrrr pretty simple mate - we want Martinez gone.

If he wins six of the remaining eight league games, including the Derby, and also wins the cup then I would possibly reconsider. And I would be utterly delighted to do so. But his body of work since arriving here suggests that it's simply not going to happen, and his recent deplorable treatment of players has taken me from "I'd definitely reconsider my views if he suddenly won a few games" to "I'd possibly reconsider my views etc etc"

As it says in the title.

Mods I feel this might have been done before but it's a current hot topic, and according to one poster thousands of Evertons feel this way. I just want to be sure of it myself before commenting further.
We don't need to wish. Bobby will do it without us needing to

In a couple of hours can a Mod change the title of the vote to....

Do you want Martinez here on the opening day of the 16/17 season.

Just so I can screen shot it.

I don't really understand this (not the poll but people wanting us to lose). If Martinez loses enough games he'll be fired (as he is now showing). If he starts showing he can win consistently though then he should be allowed to stay shouldn't he? I'm not worried about him suddenly turning into a good manager, I would love that to happen. If he carries on as is though he'll be fired at some point simple as. I want Everton to have a good manager and for us to win every game, if that's under Martinez great, if we need to fire him to achieve this, so be it.
Whilst i agree with this in principle, the factor it doesn't recognise is the impact Martinez staying may have on the playing staff. Some of them may well leave even if we start winning under Martinez, due to the way he has been treating them. It all boils down to the fact that it is cheaper and easier to replace the manager than it is to replace several players at once.
