Would you have Bendtner?

I wouldn't buy him outright, but if there was a loan to be had it would make a lot of sense. It seems like Wenger is struggling to find a buyer. They might just want him off the wage bill in that case, as they did when they sent Denilson out.

That sounds ace. But I thought some foreign team bid for him? If someone's prepared to buy him then they'd no doubt sell instead of loaning him.

Sucks I know, but I genuinely think we have a strong squad that can challenge on all fronts if we stay fit.

I think injuries were an excuse to be honest, mate. Not the season before last, but last season we had a fully fit squad at the start of the season and were gash. We only did well when people did get injured/went off to play in inconvenient tournaments.

Bit late to be thinking about the whole squad staying fit mate.....Coleman has a ligament tear (confirmed on OS) in his ankle, and Arteta is still out with his foot problem.

That's most of our makeshift wingers gone already then :@

He's been linked with Hamburg and Stoke in the last 24 hours. The Potters are supposed to be signing Upson. Their aborted attempt to land Cameron Jerome shows that they're in the market for a striker and we know that they've got about £14m lying around, so it could be a goer. Bendtner says he's definitely leaving during the window. It would seem unlikely that we'd get him unless a deal with another club fails to materialise, in which case a loan would be preferable for all concerned compared to three months in the stiffs on full pay.

True, and true..

*Downs fifth of Jack and off to work

Put it this way, he's better than Anichebe, Beckford and Yakubu at this present time IMO. Saha cant be relied upon for an whole season to stay fit so he would be a good signing, even on loan if it was possible.

But it wont happen and ill be very surprised if we sign anyone at all cos right now ive accepted that we wont, were skint, we cant get rid of the players we dont want, nobody wants are so called rising star anymore, were just fcuked!

he's signed!!!!
