Worst team to buy players from

The chat in the transfers thread got me thinking about red flag teams to buy players from. Ones that, over the years, we just seem to have been done by on transfers.

Arsenal springs to mind. Hughes, Wright, Walcott, Iwobi. Far from raging success stories.

I'm sure there's other teams we should swerve. Who and why?

Quite correct.

Although it was due to a bizarre racist tirade from the Fenabache chairman calling him a "discoloured cannibal" that drove Super Kev into out welcoming goal starved arms.

Great player, absolutely lovely guy and a proper Blue.

But the Yobo sagas were longer and more depressing than Stalingrad. I maintain my stance.
