He looks to have the confidence to actually play it forward again.

Was far too simple and safe under Dyche for me but he's looking much better.

Can’t have been easy being someone whose instinct is to move the ball forward quickly, in a Dyche team. I always thought there was a player in there but badly lost faith towards the end of the season.

I hope this is a sign of things to come. Above all else he can never be faulted for his work rate, so would be nice to see it pay off for him (and us!).

Indeed. Certainly seems to be enjoying having the likes of Grealish and KDH in the team.

Was thinking this the other night. He just looks sharper doesn't he. Is this the first proper full pre season he's had - sort of recall him being injured at the beginning of last season.
