Winter Olympics, Milan 2026

How do you even take part in the event in the first place if you ruptured your ACL ten days earlier ?
When a mate did an ACL, he was walking with a brace on after about a week, not great mind but could function. Its the turning and twisting, there is 0 support, a brace is going to hold you steady in a straight line and give you a false amount of confidence but obviously skiing isn't a straight line. The smallest amount of unbalance is going to hurt and what do you know, it happened. She's an idiot.

That was the most fake fall ever.

Vonn - supposedly did her ACL days ago starts there today?! Pffffft!

That's all about her trying to be the big talking point (and ruining the event for every other competitor btw).

No doubt the bio-pic is already in motion.
Fractured leg requiring surgery.

Haven't you made yourself look the crown prince of bellendery again.

(same spit you pulled in the womens euro's thread!)

She jumps sideways for no reason. That wasn't a mistake due to an injury. And it happened way up the mountain before real speed was picked up.

She takes an aggressive line, gets it wrong by millimeters, at around 85 km/h, clips the gate with her hand, gets turned and crashes heavily, fracturing her femur.

Pre-race coverage was grating at how Vonn centric it became, but I think it's a wider reflection of how badly sports are presented. Assuming we all tune in to watch Vonn, the RS, whoever the narrative favours.
