Weird last game from Alcaraz to lose the set
Fritz playing at a very high level. He is right there if Alcaraz ever blinks, like he just did at the end of the second set.

Alcaraz has opted against going to the Fritz back hand, now the focus is on moving him about and setting up the drop shot. Fritz can't cope.

It's just that the Big 3 and now the Big 2 plus Joker are on another planet. The gulf between them and the rest is immense. Fritz would have won a major by now playing like this in the pre-Fed era
Fritz is being forced to go for way more offense than he's used to. Way more high risk play.
