I learned this from my friend and have yet to go, but apparently college (uni) NCAA tennis is pretty crazy. People tailgate (drink/party before hand and during) and the whole time people are yelling and the coaches walk onto the court between points. Many matches are played simultaneously and a team needs some number of matches, and when the occurs, the rest of the matches simply stop (even if they are not complete). Weird scoring that I don't fully understand yet.

Each NCAA tennis team has six players. They each play a singles match, and then there’s one doubles match. Best of 7 results, sometimes they finish the matches still in progress when one team clinches the win and sometimes they don’t. There are individual rankings and individual championships at the end of the season, which is usually why they will go ahead and finish up.

Also there are separate mens and womens teams, no mixed doubles.
