Will we ever see the end of 4-2-3-1?

Based on what I’ve personally gathered from Silva’s comments and overall approach to the game, do you think we’ll ever see him abandon this dreadful 4-2-3-1 formation that. Just. Doesn’t. Work.

What would you have him do?
'Koff?...or change to something that works, tbh, Im not mithered either way.

Break out the Laser Mosh.

The problem more than any formation is the ability of the players. We've still got Schneiderlin starting which is just embarrassing. You can play any system you want but with him on the pitch you're wasting your time.

This.....totally.

£ for £ quite possibly the worst purchase we have made from an English club this century.

I think Silva should really consider playing 442 much more, especially against lower teams. Digne is so good at crossing # in there would have lots of chances, the likes of Tosun and Richarlison are good headers of the ball to. Would it even be a bad idea to play Baines and play Digne higher up the pitch. Digne is to good at attacking really to be a defender.

We've played this formation since the Moyes era so, Near enough 17 years of using this absolute turd formation and what has it brought us? A few high placed finishes that's it.
I honestly feel we won't go anywhere unless we change it.

I miss the old Martinez 3-1-1-1-2-1-1 if I’m honest. When we had Cleverley on the wing that is the exact formation we played I’m not even joking.
