Will Jacobsen get a game?

Bruce Wayne

Player Valuation: £100m
With Hibbert suspended last week and subbed this week it would have seemed a golden opportunity for Jacobsen to get a game, but both times he was overlooked.

Doesn't look like he'll ever get a game for us and will be off in the summer.

Probably, saw him in training before the match, looks like he has a good shot on him...which is vital for a Right Back

Think your right. I’ve never seen him kick a ball at club or international level; don’t really know what to make of him. If we could sign a fast athletic attacking RB like the great Gary Stevens, I think we would have one of the best defences in the premiership.

I think he was only ever signed as a squad filler & maybe Moyes used Hibbert going off as a chance to get a more creative player on in midfield, doesn't look good for the lad though

Just before Hibbert went off, and it looked like he was going to, the commentator expected a straight swap for Jacobsen.

I'd like to think that he'd get a chance to show what he can do away from the training ground.

Yeh that was a big mystery seeing Hibbo which was replaced by Ossie with four cards. Seems like Jacobsen hasn't impressed Moyes like we would have hoped. He could be another player for cover never playing for us like Anthony Gardiner last year. Expect John Irving to be pushed up next year hearing he has been doing great and has caught the eye of the coaching staff.

And Seamus Coleman may just come into contention. I personally feel its too early for the lad but it could still be a possibilty. Jacobsen will be looked at before the season's end, that i am sure of.

Could well be the case. Still it would be interesting to see what he can do even if it was only as a sub for the last 20 mins.

How old is John Irving? Seems like his name has been around for a long time, I thought the ship had sailed on him ever challenging for a place in the first team.

The one thing you can guarentee at Everton is if you wait long enough you'll get a chance in the first team. With hibbert being subbed off in the game against WBA and Neville doing so well in Midfield maybe his time is coming.

I'm pretty sure he'll get a few games before the season has finished.
