Well, we huffed and puffed but pretty inept overall. Very scrappy from both sides, back to hoofball for us. I guess the weather played a major part today and we looked tired from Tuesday's game too. We really needed to win that though with difficult games coming up.
Howard is looking very sloppy lately after giving us years of great service. Jelavic didn't get enough of the ball to judge him really.
My MOTM: Marouane Fellaini - hardly played a ball wrong, and very solid defensively too, he tracks back very effectively now.
Runner up: Johnny Heitinga. This guy is proving a rock for us in recent games. Very solid. A player who, after not seeming very motivated at times last season has now become an integral part of our defence.

I have been a Moyes supporter. But those subs sucked donkey balls.
Neville for Cahill was DOUR. DOUR. Bring on Vic or Drenthe and have either Vic or LD play behind the striker. When we finally brought Vic on we flipping scored.
The Jelly and Vic subs were too late.

I've been a Moyes backer, but today i am just furious. We have the new players, excitement, and momentum going into this game. And what does Moyes do? He puts on Neville into our midfield. Wigan is absolute S*** and Martinez was the one playing for three points. There is absolutely no reason why royston shouldnt be playing 90 minutes every damn game. As much as i love Cahill, he is playing against an oponent that has never lost; Father Time. The game has just passed him up now and I fail to see, week in and week out, what he does to positively influence the game. And we have enough midfield depth that Neville and Heitinga should never have to be out of position again. I know i am just ranting now, but i am absolutely fuming. It's only 11am here and I have a long day of boozing to be done. And I take no responsibility for what i do in my drunken stupor, blame Moyes

Saving us, and then letting us down doesn't help. If they'd scored instead of Howard saving then maybe we'd have gone on to win, assuming of course we weren't losing at half time.
Its not nevilles fault he should never have been on the pitch.
