Would definitely think there'll be an asking price and a set time to get a bid in, with the highest above that price winning.
Wouldnt be surprised if Moshiri tries to keep a minority stake.

According to reports from 777’s takeover, they required repayment of securitised debt ie RMF and MSP.

It seems 777 is junior and unsecured.
