Problem with Lampard is he's a choker.

Choked the play offs with Derby

Maybe he gets better over time but Im not 100% on old Frankel.

I'd imagine, Rooney, lampardew want at least 3years. For the board a selling point.

Never felt this close to being done with Everton entirely tbh - wouldn’t have minded Vitor in 2013, wouldn’t even after Martinez was sacked but this is just so obviously bent a decision it’s almost impossible to support.

They seemed to want Martinez till the summer and then reassess. If they thought anything of Ferguson they'd just give him the job till then, while looking at a long term appointment in the summer.

Pereira is more a Watford appointment where both parties know he could be sacked in 2 months and will last a year or 2 at most.
