Read a few responses to my post saying that this type of signing is how Koeman and Walsh went wrong which is very true.
However, Koeman and Walsh went wrong with foreign players too so I think it says more about them than it does the potential for this type of policy to work out under Brands/Carlo.

This is a good list. Not sure Capoue is worth it at his age but a good player. Fraser has dropped off a cliff this year so I'd probably pass on him and Sarr from Watford is promising as well. A lot of their revival under Pearson coincided with him playing better. Agree with the rest.

Don't take much of an interest in other teams' players, so will accept your judgement, but if this Brooks can't walk, he certainly sounds like our kind of signing.
