Everton have won the race to sign Bury starlet Matthew Foulds, [Publication is blacklisted due to spam] Sport understands from sources close to the proposed deal.

The 17-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best young defenders outside the Premier League, and a host of clubs have been in contact with the League One side.

[Publication is blacklisted due to spam] Sport understands up to half-a-dozen offers have been put to Bury, who have been considering their options, along with Foulds - who has already made his first-team debut for the Shakers.

McGeady for sure ... there's just no point him being here.

We have some great youngsters coming through whose progression we need to encourage. Presuade Osman and Hibbert to retire or move into coaching/ambassadorial roles with the club if they're reluctant to leave/loyalty etc.

Gibson's injury record is abysmal and he's become something of a liability. We've got plenty of CM's and some crackers coming through.

Also take 8m off Norwich if they still want Naismith.

Naismith is the only player on our team with a pair. The only one who isn't afraid to annoy the crap out of the opposition.
 
Don't think it will ever work out for McGeady, move might be best for both sides. Don't think anyone else should go, to be honest i don't think McGeady will either as i think Roberto wants to keep the squad size up.
