Who should replace Frank Lampard?

@COYBL25 with his emotional rant again.

You were backing Frank right little buddy?
What happened ???
I called it out months ago while you were on your window ceil wishing on a star for Frank to save the team.

Said it in the match thread but here it is again.
I don’t think Frank has made many mistakes and I backed him to get results if we could add attacking reinforcements but that five minute three goals conceded period said it all for me. The players dropped their head and gave up and we were humiliated by and average premier league team.
If you lose the players you have to go.

I don’t know who can do better - obviously Poch would be great but I don’t see him wanting it - but we need a change.

Poch and his turbo mega intensity training v Tom Davies & Dwight McNeil

lol

The more we sack managers, the less likely we'll attract decent replacements. Taking on our club is like a poisoned chalice. Never really felt Lampard was the right choice but bought into his passion and that papered over the huge cracks that were there from day 1.

I love Everton but don't know all the ins and outs that some fans on here know about but it seems to me it doesn't matter who is the manager - the problems are far bigger than that.

Would be happy with Rodgers. Or finding a gem somewhere like Brighton did with Potter, Brentford did with Frank and Bournemouth and now Newcastle have done with Howe. Who that is though is anyone's guess.

It'll be Dyche, 100000% and we should get behind him. The two most vital aspects that we should back him are he's genuinely a good manager who's used to this fight, more importantly though he's also used to working with a club where the whole structure is dreadful and not fit for purpose. He's the ideal choice.
