Who should replace Frank Lampard?

100%

I like Dyche and think he's under rated but I dont think this job is right for him currently.

The fans would be baying for his blood the moment we lost a game due to his reputation of being a dour ginger dinosaur.

Go get Poch and give him a project long term to work with.
Pochettino is the ideal choice in many ways: sexy enough to keep the "face" brigade happy, has a CV at all levels of the club game from Southampton to Spurs to PSG which means he'd be able for us, and wins nothing - which immediately makes him perfect for us.

I think it would be wise to look away from the Premier League. For starters current prem coaches arent going to leave their clubs mid season for this job. And the ones available like Dyche don't move the needle for me. You give Poch and Tuchel the call to reject you but aside from that we'd be wise to look abroad.

Personally the options I'd favor would be Pepe Bordalas or Adi Hutter. Both are available, would likely have interest at our level and are tactically adept. Especially in playing with lesser resources against higher end opposition. Something the majority of our hires have not been known for yet inherent in this job. I think both's last stints were slightly unfair to them. In a years time they could like very savvy hires.

Nothing, he deserves to go, but staying up last season he did deserve a crack at this season, ok it's not worked but we couldn't of sacked him in the summer, we just couldn't

Got out of jail last season, but people forget, burnley, Brentford, and the likes.
He did deserve a go, this season but it hasn't worked out ,
What is it something like?
11 wins in a year, and two of those were in the cup.
No wins since Oct.
Beat by teams in the bottom 3 already this season.
Record is soon to be are worst ever manager.
Should walk away the job is to big for him
Needs to go or we are down.
