Who should replace Frank Lampard?

I do think as a relegation standard team we need someone suited to relegation battles & working with bare minimums. Sean Dyche does have a lot of attributes we need currently & I think our fans would really like him if he got the chance

Correct, he is the man for us, and would take it, we dont have to pay off another club, local man, ideal

We attracted Ancelotti. If there's any ambition left at the club then Tuchel or Poch can be convinced to lead the club into the new stadium.
King Carlo coming here shows anything is possible if the deal/money is right, but I think there's infinitely more chance of Thomas The Tank Engine being our next manager more than Thomas Tuchel.

I wish this little list was satire, but sadly it's true. If we brought Big Sam in to keep us safe playing structured, functional football so it stands to reason we could do the same thing with Dyche if the losses continue.

Yeah I don't like it but it's how it is, I didn't like the fact last summer the best we could do was Rafael, I didn't like we had to get Sam, but it's reality.
We don't want to be the club for Dyche but unfortunately we are, we have to accept and if its turns out we do get him, we have to support him like we did Frank.

Villa getting Emery shows that we don't need to scrape the barrel with the likes of Dyche.

For all its many, many faults, this is still a very high-paying job, so there's no reason not to approach Tuchel and Pochettino.

100%

I like Dyche and think he's under rated but I dont think this job is right for him currently.

The fans would be baying for his blood the moment we lost a game due to his reputation of being a dour ginger dinosaur.

Go get Poch and give him a project long term to work with.

Dyche had a 2 mill a season net spend during 10 years at Burnley. He probably got very frustrated in the end.

It would probably need a dogs of war mentality to save this season so he would be in the frame alongside moyes should he go this week.

We don’t have a squad to play open attractive football.

Big Sam.webp

Villa is a more attractive job, unfortunately, just look who our last two nanagers were, there is a reason for that, we're not getting a name manager into this mess.
We could ask Poch and Tuch but chances are they would do a Carlo and down tools soon as they get a sniff of a top job.
We need someone who actually wants to be here
