This is an awful take, I’m absolutely dreading the return of the Premier League. The thought of it will actually ruin Christmas for me.

If we do loose the next three then Frank would highly likely be a goner, but we'd still have some time to bring in a replacement and let whoever it would be bring some players in before end of Jan.

Whereas if we bin off Frank now, and continue to lose games throughout Jan then where do we go from there?

Oooor they’re actually going to give a manager time to turn things round for once, this break could be the game changer we needed to reset and readjust

We beat Wolves 1-0, we get a 0-0 draw against City who are a bit rusty following the disruption of the WC. Then we top it off with a 1-0 away at Brighton, Maupay coming back to haunt his old club. Suddenly things look a lot better ?
