The way we survive is replacing lampard this season, we won't be in a position to replace another manager with Thomas Frank at that point.

Boggles me that the club are waiting until we loose to City/Brighton and get dumped out the cup before sacking

the way every other club works:
Lose to city and Brighton, manager gets fired hours after the brighton game.
New manager already lined up and appointed within days.

the way everton work:
Lose to city and Brighton and take days to sack the manager followed by a week of messing before Baines and Ebbrel are given the job till Sean Dyche is appointed in late february.
