I like Martinez TBH. He's got a good eye for a player and he doesn't seem to be bothered about other sides reputations.

His side aren't great but a club Wigans size is lower championship/league 1 anyway so "punching above your weight" seems to be in his locker too.

He's very, very calm, a bit too calm sometimes, and that seems to transmit itself to his players. The exact opposite of what I think we see most weeks.

Not mine either. He do a good job with how the clubs set up I think. He's a cut above the usual suspects that'd get bandied about if Moyles left.

Martinez and AVB for me.

With Martinez his football looks nice, he did well at Swansea and Wigan he just needs that little bit more money - but with a similar chairman.

AVB I think is getting a chance at Tottenham now and its paying off

Would like to see Martinez given a chance. He's not afraid to play younger players and has a go regardless the opposition. I wouldn't expect us to keep too many clean sheets though.

AVB will always be judged for his failure at Chelsea. He seems like a decent guy but I just can't stand Spurs! Couple of bad results and the fans turn on their players (see Walker).

Anyone who can give us a strong defence. Lots of teams at the moment have strong attacking formations but are letting in goals left right and centre. The defence play witnessed in the Premier League has been shocking at times.

A team with a great defence record can win titles - look at the great Italian teams of the past.

Not saying we should have an Italian manager - just someone who can keep us well organised and hard to beat.

Realistically we are never going to afford the Mata's, Hazards, RVP - so we have look at other ways of having a successful team. If we can attract a good manager who understands our limitations and keep us competing that would be great.

I'd like to see Ole Gunnar in there, watched a documentary on how he was doing in molde the other day and he is thorough in every aspect of the job, Likeable fella but know's when to get tough and all the players respect him.

He's a winner and hates losing ultimately and in my eyes he will be a top top manager when he arrives back in England to manage.
