Dell Boy

Player Valuation: £35m
Overall, taking account of views, atmosphere, food/drink etc etc - which stand is your favourite?

For me it just has to be the Gwladys Street.

Main Stand gets proper naughty. Saw a guy throw his empty cappuccino down on the ground when Wigan got their 3rd goal last year. Another time someone shouted at Nolan that he was a 'disgusting oik' when he made a pretty nasty shoulder barge. Proper atmosphere.

Gwladys, always.

I go to the match to have a few bevs and fume at Everton, not sit around reading Atlas Shrugged with a nice bit of olive loaf.

haha, I once got the collective bowls club glare, for sneezing in the top balcony.

It's Gwladys all day because everyone there doesn't think they are better than you.

What's all this about in the main stand? Who are these people? I've never once seen them walking around the ground beforehand, you look at other grounds and they have more than one part of the ground singing.

Take West Ham for e.g. They were singing to the right of the Everton fans and to the left in the stand facing their main stand and there was more singing at the other end behind the goal. What must it sound like when we only have the Gwladys singing? I l know its Loud but imagine the others woke up and joined in. It'll be better. Even when there's a challenge I only hear our end shouting, really, what do the other stands do? What's the point sitting in silence?

Here's an idea Mick

How's about the people who spend there hard earned money going the match decided how the act during the game, If they want to sit there for 90 mins and not utter a word then that's up to them

Don't think he ever said anything to suggest otherwise, he was just asking why people do it.

I've no qualms with anyone at the match, their choice is fine by me but isn't it a natural reaction to make noise? I sat in the main stand once and they barely clapped when a goal went in. I'm not saying these people aren't Evertonians but I know when I watch the match my emotions are on show and my adrenaline runs. Surely the people who appear to be "neutral" have no feelings.

Some people like my sister go to watch the match mate, she likes the atmosphere but chooses to sit there so she can actually see the game instead of people jumping all over here when we score and not getting hugged by a whopper.

I guess its just all down to whether you want to join or whether you would like to watch. They are spending 500quid maybe for a season ticket so maybe they just like to watch it for 90mins and have a quick pint after and go home and watch la liga!
