This is what i came out with. No Europe for us. Moyes staying up, and not sure how, but wolves getting into the CL on 59 points lol

Just shows how hard it will be for us to get in the European places, our start has hurt us massively. Just hope Villa go down....

Thanks to those bells City have handed every side around us easy points and have effectively given Spurs 5th spot you would feel.

Spurs 4 points ahead can see them taking 4th off Chelsea come the end of the season.

Think the (hopefully) remaining european spots of 6th-7th will be fought out between ourselves, Sheff Utd, Wolves & Utd.

I'm more concerned with results and performances and final points total between now and May than where we finish as such., though I would want top half minimum.

It would be great to make Europe as long as that does not mean that quantity over quality on the premise that we need a big squad becomes the order of the day.

All in all, we can set ourselves up for an encouraging finish and build on what seems the fine work already done by Ancelotti and then go into next season with renewed enthusiasm and hope.

One thing I would ask for between now and the end of the season is what we break our bogey run at the big clubs - Arsenal next is a fantastic opportunity for us I think.

Shame, think it will be 8th at best for us. Can’t see us finishing above 2 of those 3. Continued improvement more important than table at the moment anyway.

If Gomes can get up to speed there is every reason to believe we can finish 5th.

Without him I just think we may miss out and 7th is probably far more realistic.

But Carlo has done a seriously good job so who knows. Why not fourth?!

It’s something of a cleft stick scenario: the more points we accumulate in the near term, the less likely we get a Europe spot. I fear realisation of that possibility, raises expectation/hope, which imposes some degree of pressure on our team...and Everton doesn’t do pressure very well.
I think our lads would be happy with an undemanding 9th place finish.

Reckon Tottenham are finding some form with mourinho, they'll finish above us as will Leicester, Chelsea. Do well and we could overtake Sheffield, Wolves . We are in and around Utd who might struggle without Rashford so are also reachable. Arsenal also unremarkable but have Aubameyang. 7th is a possibility.

I think we'll get to around 53 points and finish 8th. For Europa League qualification I think we'd need 58/59 points so that would mean we'd need a couple of unexpected wins such as Arsenal or Chelsea away, rs at home.

Can’t see us getting higher than 9th or 10th.

Far too inconsistent. Too many players who simply aren’t good enough. This season, the goal has to be simply to flush out who those players are, so we can try to exit them in the summer.
