We've been crap this season under three managers. I'm starting to wonder how much of it is Koeman / Unsworth / Allardyce and how much is on the squad.

That said, we weren't that bad until West Brom. I wonder what's caused this lapse in form.

Posters on GOT, like the OP, wanting instant satisfaction. Sam's here to do a job, 33% win ratio will keep us up, then we move onto next season.

Millennials.

Throw the millennial jibe around all you like Frodo, I don't expect instant results but we've gone backwards in the last couple of weeks and have employed a prehistoric manager to help us 'progress'

We've gone neither backwards or forwards Friend. We are the same dire mess we have been since the start of the season. This is a Koeman and Walsh job.

It’s scandalous that a left back has not been signed by the club today. A quite obvious mistake in the summer not to sign one to compete with baines and even more important when baines was injured last month. The number of times a decent overlap was created today for a proper LB to put in a decent cross but Martina, understandably, either doesn’t want to commit to high up the pitch so stands square of Bolasie and slows play down or he cuts back onto his right foot again playing into the opponents hands. This position needs to be addressed just as urgently as a striker

We've gone forwards results wise actually. As for entertaining, I only care about winning as watching Everton doesn't cost me any money at all, if you go to the game and expect Barcelona with Sam as our manager then I pity you.

Both. Squad is woefully short. Then Big Sam sets us up negatively when our best asset at home is swarming and pressing teams(which showed in our best ten minutes today). We sit back for long enough and get spanked. This season is a godawful write off, half this squad needs to leave, they are either not up to it or have bad attitudes a new manager too probably one that gets the clubs fighting spirit not laying down and being repeatedly rogered.. The club reeks of failure from top to bottom.

He made 3 mistakes, hiring Walsh, panicking and hiring Allardyce......

Koeman being allowed to bring in so many new faces in the summer was another mistake.. two or three quality players each window would have been suffice rather than a shed load of overpriced and unproven players.

Koeman failed to deliver a Premiership quality squad in the summer.
Everything else since is to be expected.

We don't even have a first team.
I do not know of two Everton fans who can agree on a starting 11 and formation.
Sam doesn't know either. So I expect a new team starting games in February.
