Fair play to the lad. I feel for him, i really do. You can tell he's been struggling with (comparatively banal) teenager-ish issues. It seems to me he's finally started growing up, finding his place in the world and the belief that he can do it. His football mirrors this these days. You need to be confident to be powerful, would you ever feel afraid of starting a fight with a modest dandy?

Kudos to Moyes and the staff for having faith in the lad too, lord knows he's been working through it and at the same time, he's seen two of his compatriots drop out of the top flight altogether due to those two issues exactly, Vaughan (with injuries) and Baxter (for having **** attitude and coasting along thinking he's all that).

Made up for him and the effort he puts in, and seriously, wouldn't it be magnificent if he became our powerhouse Drogba-type 15-goals-a-season 1-club-man legend striker? Kids will be begging to have their picture taken with him in 2035, in front of the Anichebe statue in front of our new stadium.
