...we can call the Blues 'us' shortly after saying 'mummy' and 'daddy'. Evertonians are born not manufactured.
Weirdest. Thread. Ever.
Wanted to rep this.probably when it's grammatically correct
you see...
"us played class at the weekend" or "reading ****ed we sideways"
...doesn't really work mate
I do make myself cringe with things like that, I feel as though i'm claiming some sort of pride or glory when actually, ive done nothing but **** off everton on a forum
That's the question i'm posing. The hate that this thread is funny and pretty well deserved like, but i'm not too local and therefore can't get myself to many matches (I've only been to 2 this season) and therefore i feel as though I can't really define myself as part of everton. I'm just wondering what your opinions are on what it takes to be a part of everton, whether that be just in support or monetary support...Well some of us have done more than that.
Without people like me, my Dad, the fox, sheeds, Alan Ball, Goat etc. (sorry just the definite season ticket lids I can think of off the top of my head) the club wouldn't exist.
The players are 'they', the club is 'we'.
eg... 'we played class at the weekend'
'reading ****ed us sideways'
What are the requirements? can any fan say it? only the players/board/coaches etc?
I always cringe when i hear people say 'we played well' regarding their club. I'd like to see your opinions...
I assume this thread was totally inspired by this:
