what would you like to see at the season's end

Realistically...

United to win the Premiership/CL double and drive the Kopites insane.

Villa to slip out of the CL placings (the job of challengers to the elite is ours not those boring usurpers)

Newcastle to be relegated.

That would be superb.

Just on on this point of final placings: is there any urgency to our Premier League season now? Eight points off a CL place and eight points secured in the 6th and last European place. Of course we can't stop playing, but we are in a sort of limbo state now.
Yeah I was thinking we've probably got too much in the bank for the likes of Wigan to catch us but not enough to improve on were we are. We can concentrate on the cup

In a perfect world us to finish 4th, Arsenal 5th, Villa 6th, a 2nd victorious trip to Wembley to celebrate my birthday with & then Newcastle & Spurs to go down

Realistically - a comfortable top 6 finish, ideally with Villa finishing out of the top 4 because I think a top 4 finish would strengthen them & we need to compete with them as much as possible, a trip or 2 to wembley, hopefully 2 victorious 1s & 1 of Newcastle or Spurs to go down
In a perfect world surely we'd have Villa or Arsenal swapping places with the rs. On the other hand, in a perfect world, they wouldn't even exist. Or they'd be there for comedy value in which case they'd be going down with Spurs and the barcodes

1) Yakubu and Arteta ahead of schedule in their bids to be ready for next season.

2) Saha fit and healthy for rest of this season and beyond.

3) Newcastle relegated

4) One or two new players in BEFORE August 1st.

5) Fellaini with a haircut

6) The ****e win nothing (...but they're still in the title race you know....)
Dreaming is free I suppose

to finish no lower than 6th !

preferably 5th or 4th

BUT more than anything, I want us to be FA cup winners !

I love the idea of players like Cahill and co. holding up silverware !

damn that would be great

Everton to win every single game from now until the end of the season . Not one loss and ill be happy . Couldnt careless what Liverpool do . Fcuk em .

That crossed my mind but I did want to try to keep it slightly realistic otherwise I'd have us to win the league & the ****e to lose every game etc. I don't think us catching them this season is really possible

Some great wish lists there, should have a voting booth or a fantasy gamble and come the end of the season crown the winner Mystic Blue.

And for Danny to give the a bonus of 1 million points.(y)

all of the above and the FA cup and Harry and Jamie Redknapp to be exiled to Tasmania or similar outpost of the Empire!

I don't want Villa to finish in the top 4, we're the only team to do it and I want us to be the next.

It's hard to say what will happen as nobody knows what will occur, still twists and turns before the seasons end.

It looks like semi-finals at least for us, after that a repeat of the euphoria of 1995 in indeed very much a flesh and blood reality, but let's keep feet on the ground just now.

14 years without not only a trophy of any kind, but hardly a sniff of silverware is simply not good enough for a club of our stature.

Made even worse by the sh!te across the park, regularly being there at the seasons end when trophies are handed out, to much anger and frustration. :dodgy: :o

It would be a delight to win the FA cup this year, nobody would have thought after the Rideout final all those years ago, we would be here nearly 15 years later knowing Everton have not won a single thing since then.

Whoever wins it this year will in all probability have to overcome Manchester United to win it, and Derby and Spurs yesterday proved that they can be matched and results can be achieved.

As for the league, a extra UEFA place has opened up because of yesterday,, and Everton look a good bet for a top six berth, although champions league football looks a bit far fetched I have to say.

Someone who shall remain nameless put down that he would like to see Gerrard banged up (n) Straight Red

Wishing Prison on ANYONE is shameful .

If Gerrard did what he's been accused of he deserves to go to jail

Hypothetically speaking, is it shameful to wish prison on somebody guilty of a crime that carries a spell in prison as a punishment?
