What would we now do with a 'want-away' Everton player?

JAYTALITY

Player Valuation: £30m
After watching Cabaye score there against West Ham, I think this season has truely smashed the notion that if a player wants to leave it's better for the club the let them go. United struggle when Rooney is not there and we all know about Suarez. Three high profile want-aways. Many of us thought 'just let them ****ing go'. But it has worked in their favor to hold them down.

Would you feel the same about an Everton player like Barkley or Coleman 'just let him go' or would you feel we need to hold him against his will?, considering what we have seen from this year.

just be really nice to them. clean their boots really well and like all their instagram pictures and tell them the "rnb" music they listen to is great.

They just want to be loved Jay. Then theyll stay.

This is better haha. It was the fact the previous thread was solely about Barkley.

I'd want us to keep hold at all costs unless the money was ridiculous. But we hardly have any money, and that's why we'd probably sell if a decent enough offer came in.

Sick to the back teeth of these speculative threads. If a player wants to go, Martinez will do what's best for the club. **** all you or I or anyone else on here can do about it, so why waste time wondering? Might as well wonder how long it'll take for Sophie Howard to give you head.

I understand how ya feel about hypotheticals. But if we like it or not some day in the future a good player will want away. I know maybe not Barkley or Coleman but it will happen. The question is what would YOU feel whats best for the club in keeping a fantastic player or letting him go.

I do think that since the start of Dec there has been a daily stream of pointless threads cluttering up the forum, most of which had been covered before...often only recently...or could have been put in one of the main threads.

I'm off to start my Why dont we attack more faster? thread.

I wrongfully aimed this thread to one Everton player. I have corrected it. Nothing needs to be done. I am making a valid point. Now I suggest you add to discussion or move on and have a nice day.
