What would/could make you stop supporting Everton, if anything?

I would no longer support EFC if the club moved to a location that is outside of the city of Liverpool, such as Kirkby.

This being said, if the new stadium turns out to be in some ghastly wasteland on the outskirts, I'd probably stop going the game.

From 1963 on, it would break my heart for this to happen, but there you go.

I got this idea after reading in the Rooney thread where @Slippin Jimmy said he would stop supporting Everton if Rooney came back.

So Blues are there any reasons you can think of that would stop you supporting the Toffees?

For me, nothing could as it's so ingrained in me and I long for the glory years to come full circle. However if I had only being following football a few years, I'd probably not bother, the money in the game and the elitism taking place would have me following rugby or something in no time.

Unfortunately I could never give up Everton.

The thought of not supporting the blues anymore makes me feel sickly. I can't think of any reasons that would make me stop.

The question is an absurd one. Accepting the 'born not made' tagline would mean that you would have to be a 'born again kopite or manc' - as ridiculous as the analagous christian sects!
If EFC went out of business I would support the plan to get them back
if football was banned from the world I would support the plan to bring it back
If I were trapped on Mars like Matt Damon I'd want NASA to move the camera around the Hexi-decimals to tell me the scores
if the club did something shameful and disgusting like banning muslims I would work to change that
No external force can make you un-Everton yourself

Go to the Official Website pull up the 20 minute highlights from last week. Listen to the silence at the start, watch the standing ovation on 4minutes for the anniversary of a former hero's death. Tell me your eyes didnt swell up and then tell me you could ever not be an Evertonian.

Used to love watching all football when I was younger, but I only really bother to watch Everton games now. I guess I've fallen out of love with football in general, but not with Everton and I guess I never will.

When we win the league and champions league if us normal fans get priced out of going by the prawn sandwich brigade and executive box dwellers it could be the end for me

Already has - Thick end of £50 to watch a game of football? Can't see me ever not supporting Everton but my game going days are well behind me. I used to get a season ticket a few years back but the cost now is beyond ridiculous - especially with the Murdoch money pouring in.
