What striker would you sign?

Che Adams possibly. Never had outstanding stats in the Prem for Southampton but 27 goals in the last two seasons, one in the Championship and one in Serie A shows there's something to work with and maybe hit his prime a bit later than others. He's 29 now, I would say he's a realistic option and probably not too expensive.

Honestly, anyone who can hold the ball up would transform this team. Whenever it gets played into the center forward we lose possession. I can accept them not winning hoofs up front, but simple ball control, holding it up and laying it off is surely the most basic of traits for a centre forward. A fit DCL would be ideal but I don't think he exists.
Compared to what we currently have, any striker now playing in the Championship and maybe even below, would be an upgrade.

It’s beyond bonkers that we see Beto balloon ball every week.

A half decent striker from the Championship would deffo bag more than Beto and probably more than Barry.

I’m not judging Barry yet, as not seen enough of him. But if Moyes always selects Beto before him, nuff said.

If the chances are there, it doesn’t need to be pretty, it just needs someone that’s clinical.

Persistent links to Gabriel Jesus, who i like as a player, but really can’t see him suiting Moyes style of playing.
5’ 9” for starters, so he wont be holding up any punts down the middle, maybe wants AJ mk2 so he has someone to run to the corners to pick up big Mick Keggars diagonals.
