Let's break this down:
LM: Gueye.
RM: Coleman, Osman, Naismith.
We need a LM.
If you can put Osman down as a RM, you can put him down as a LM too. He's at least as good there, if not better. Although fairly gash in both positions, in contrast to his central performances.
It also depends on what you're considering is already a done deal regarding players, plus whether you're talking about positions we have basic cover for or positions we already excel at. It's clear LM and RM are both weaknesses, but as we still have Baines, we at least have him to tear it up on that flank. Whereas on the right flank we have Hibbert/Neville.
Now if Baines goes, then it's six of one half a dozen of the other for me. We'll have no attacking fullback and no proven attacking quality for either side. In fact only Gueye is a genuine LM or RM, as Coleman is a fullback really, and Naismith from what I know is more of a second striker. Ossie I've covered.
In short, we lack all sorts of players. Our squad is paper thin and our first XI has holes bigger than NIK's mar's gigafoof. Generally though we've never had a complete team under
Moyes -- there's always been one or two weak areas -- and we usually manage. At least we have a quality striker!
