What or who do we actually need to sign?

Hoilett is brilliant, but there will be serious competition for him.

I also like Jarvis & Kightly from Wolves. Throw £10m at them for the pair.

I wouldnt take LD as good as he was for us, would cost huge amount of money and at 29/30 i think as a winger thats a lot.

Selling one player on £40k a week and signing four on £250k a week also adds almost £11m to the wage bill.

If we got ronaldo, messi an rooney in we could prob afford to offload jelavic? Lol

in all seriousness though...it worrys me that people think if we sign straq and give barkley a game we will be sorted! Straq is soooo bad, and barkley is ready for about 20 games next season!

I like Kightly too i heard he could be available for £1m at that price id take him.

Who is going to be in for Hoilett ?

Arsenal - maybe
Chelsea - dont see it
City - dont see it
United - dont see it
Spuds - maybe ( could help us with Pienaar )
Toon - maybe
Red Sh1te - maybe

If he's available for £1m that's scandalous. Moyes likes both him and Jarvis so I'd be surprised if he didn't go for one or both of them.

Seems like a Spuds player to me, if it meant getting Pienaar on a perm they can have him.

Jarvis would be much more expensive than Kightly id imagine and that probably rules us out.

Some good players knocking about in the Championship these days and with money being tight at that level we could pick up a bargain.

Clyne and Zaha from Palace are big talents, Butterfield at Barnsley (on a free), Lewis Dunk at Brighton, Paul Taylor at Posh, Kyle Bennett at Donny has serious ability plays wide right and they have been relegated and the two lads at Blackpool Ince and Phillips all could be options as would be young, cheapish and room for improvment.

Who the [Poor language removed] are the four players we're throwing £250k a week at like?

Realistically, I'd simply go with Pienaar and Donovan n' I'd hope for Barkley to contribute more next season with Coleman to be used at right back more often. We might see someone else break into the 1st team squad, Francisco Junior perhaps.

Our problem in the last few seasons has been lack of freshness, signing Pienaar only wont give us this so personall id take Moses, Hoilett or Dos Santos over him all day
