what if he got us into europe 3 years in a row and attracted better players to the club? I don't think he's all that but we don't have too many option atm. If we could get £15 mill for rodwell, and get in pienaar and sigursson for that it would be brilliant business, wont happen but still. Think siggurdson may g back to reading, especially as they are suppose to have good financial backing, but the guy is an absolute talent for swansea. Babbel says he wants him back there, but i don't think he wants to go back. Plenty of quality frees out there i.e. clyne, rodallega that would be perfect as squad fillers/brink of 1st team. think we all identify the areas that need strengthening though

I dont think qualifying for the Europa means anything to anyone these days except the fan. Not in terms of attracing players anyway.

I actually do rate Dempsey but his age does worry me.

Good shout on Clyne and Sigurdsson. I would love either of them. Exactly the type of players we should be looking at.

Pienaar obviously, rest out of the loanees can go, dont know enough about Diame so not going to comment on him, would prefer James McCarthy anyhow who is slowly but steadily progressing into a super player, next priority is a striker, I'd be happy enough with Fletcher off wolves, need a RB if colemans not going to get a run there, obviously would like Moses as well but we wont get him, more game time for barkley please.....

Think Sigurdson would fit really well into our system with our interchangeable 3 in attacking midfield, his long shot accuracy with both feet is astounding.

Another shout I think would be to look at N'Zogbia. He's had a crap season with Villa so they may be looking to cash in and he is another that would definately fit in to our system and can be a match winner on his day.
