definitely best thing is to do nothing at all....the silence would freak him out but that's not going to happen...if people are planning to boo him on a forum then the hysteria on the day would definitely lead to boos... He always said he wanted out, now he's going, we get money for him, get players who want to be here in, and most importantly get behind our team so that we win...that's the best way to treat him. Don't make it all about him again, he thinks he's better than us anyway

I have no affection towards Lukaku other than being an Everton player, just as he has no affection for the club other than being contracted to us.

The guy is going for way above our highest record sale, if you boo him you have issues considering he's not done a Lescott situation as of yet.
