What kind of reception will you give Rom when he comes to the old lady with his new team

I Dont hate the guy. Had many arguments with family and friends saying he is the best striker ive ever seen us have. He could have just gone about getting his move in a more respectfull manner.

Saddens me that. Many young Evertonians will feel the same too.

I have seen what a proper Everton striker is thankfully in Sharp.

Gray, Lineker and Ferguson 1st time round where all better than him.

Lukaku is a brilliant finisher (As was Yakubu) but their overall games left a lot to be desired and in Roms case still does.
He will score lots for Man U, but they will not improve on their current position. He is like for like with Ibrahimovich.

I've never understood this booing of ex players that goes on, it's only done to players who are really good and as such booing marks them out as a "special" player - you don't boo the 3rd reserve goalkeeper when he returns, so it must boost the player who's booed. I would give him a polite clap , would be totally indifferent except I'd smile broadly if we beat them , he tripped over his feet a few times and was continually bested by Michael Keane . So I'd go for the " cheese on dead to me " option.

As much as ive loved having someone like Rom, it's the massive disrespect hes shown the club that marks him out for some justified Booing.

I've ordered 2 of those 6ft trampolines and will strap them to my shins and shout at him "hahaha you scored loads of goals for us and were the best striker a lot of young Evertonians have ever seen at the club, you earned a move to a bigger club and earn £200k a week and play in the Champions League and win trophies now, but we could have offered you less money and no trophies so why did you go? Booooooo, Judas, Scumbag."

No one will ever call you a shin-less wonder...

..for some reason, I have never had the impression Lukaku was a fans favourite despite the position he plays and the goals he scored. I think folk are becoming more pragmatic that in the modern game players come and players go. We know we're successful when our best want to stay but we are some way off that at the moment.

Not gonna boo him. He's always been clear that he wanted to move to playing for a champions league team and we haven't hit that. He's given us a few good years, and we've made a massive profit from the sale. Small time to boo him.

Most disrespectful player ever to grace our club!! Constantly bleating to the media he wants out every international break,no class whatsoever, massive Boooooooo from me!!

His reception from me will be commensurate with the respect he has shown us whilst here, and to the undoubtedly many comments he will make about us once he is gone.
To be honest, it will be one of indifference.
