Millwall cup loss

Origi derby

09 FA cup loss

Ancelotti snake move - didn't even rate him but that was grim

Entire 17/18 europa campaign

Here’s a cheerful thread for a Thursday evening. My personal top 3 is:

1. The 4-1 derby defeat under Benitez last season when they all sang his name

2. The 5-2 defeat at home to Watford under Benitez last season when Josh King scored a hat trick

3. The day Benitez was appointed Everton manager
5-0 at home to RS (Rush getting four I think)
3-0 at home to TRANMERE
2-0 at home to Man Utd in Beckham's day. It was the fact they did not really try, just swatted us out of the way and moved to next game.

From the day i was born in 1973 - there was a blip in the 80's, and a stirring in the 90's until today - think that just about sums up the misery that supporting what might well be the worlds biggest basket case of a club...

is that what you mean?

God there has been a few. Port Vale, Bradford, Tranmere and Shrewsbury FA cup defeats I suppose when I used to care much more than I do now.

Probably Shrewsbury being the absolute cherry on the pile of dung cake.
