Our new manager will want his own backroom staff, and Moyes might not take round with him cos ive heard Moyes will be Fergie puppet for the next 12 months and will have to keep the same backroom staff that in place.

I hope, whoever they are, they don't rip the heart out of our youth system though. By all accounts Irvine and Sheedy are doing a good job getting us elite academy status and know what this club is all about. That must rub off on the players as they come through our system. Guess it is Weir, Stubbs, Woods etc... more likely to be looking over their shoulders.

agreed, our academy seems to be very good. I think we'll really start seeing the fruits of that over the next 5 years or so. Though maybe a foreign coach coming in might be able to make some positive tweaks here and there to improve it even further.
