What do you eat on a average day?

Two slices of wholemeal toast with avocado and two vegetarian sausages cooked in the George Foreman grill for breakfast, usually three hours after I wake up. Only drink black tea with no sugar or sparkling water beforehand.

Banana or one sushi roll late afternoon, no lunch.

Evening meal is usually wholemeal pasta with stir fried vegetables or a lentil/chick pea based curry with brown rice. If I'm up late with work I'll have hummus chips dipped in hummus as a snack.

At the weekends if we go out for a meal or drinks then I'll pretty much eat whatever I like. Have followed this diet for seven months and have lost a total of 14kg.

Breakfast tends to be musli and yogurt

Lunch a bagel or something

Dinner can be anything really, but I cook nearly all meals from scratch so it's never too bad regardless. Sometimes it annoys me being this way but it's obviously good in the long run

Snacks include yogurt, nuts, crisps, Tony's chocolate

I run a fair bit so I don't really watch what I eat too much, other than trying to avoid as much processed as I can
